RenoTracker (“we”, “us”) collects only the information necessary to manage your remodel project.
Your data powers your project schedule and coordination. We send it to Anthropic's Claude API for AI extraction and scheduling. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Contractor access is scoped to their own assigned tasks. Contractors cannot see other contractors' quotes, costs, tasks, or any project they are not invited to. Homeowner data is isolated at the database level via row-level security.
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + Storage) hosted in the US. Files are stored in private buckets accessible only to authorized users.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@renotracker.app. Account deletion cascades to all projects, quotes, tasks, and uploaded files.
